&lt;h1&gt;Programme Coordinator - Communications and Marketing (Full time - Indefinite contract)&lt;/h1&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The FES&lt;/strong&gt; is seeking a Programme Coordinator - Communications and Marketing to join the Human Resources Department on &lt;strong&gt;a full-time indefinite contract.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications/Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By the closing time and date of this call for applications, applicants must be in possession of the below eligibility criteria:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;A qualification&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a) MQF level 6 in Marketing / Communications or any other relevant qualification (at least 180 ECTS) &lt;strong&gt;and&lt;/strong&gt; a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;b) In the final year of study for an MQF level 6 in Marketing / Communications or any other relevant qualification (at least 180 ECTS; chosen employee must successfully complete studies by the end of probation ) &lt;strong&gt;and &lt;/strong&gt;a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Employment history issued by Jobsplus as proof of experience&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Effective communication skills in both Maltese and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Be proficient in IT including the use of creative applications, with particular focus on Adobe Photoshop and Publisher.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Candidates must be in possession of the ECDL course certificate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. A police conduct (issued within the past six months).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Accountability:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The post-holder shall report to the &lt;strong&gt;Head of Human Resources&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Purpose:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Programme Coordinator – Communications &amp;amp; Marketing Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing and communications strategies that protect and enhance the &lt;strong&gt;brand image and reputation&lt;/strong&gt; of the Foundation. The role ensures that the public is aware of the range of services offered — including &lt;strong&gt;Klabb 3 to 16, Skolasajf, and Childcare Services&lt;/strong&gt; — and is informed when applications for these services open. The post-holder will also manage marketing initiatives to support &lt;strong&gt;recruitment needs&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging messaging across all channels.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. General &amp;amp; Administrative Duties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Consult with managers and department heads to align marketing strategies with organisational priorities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee and execute marketing projects to promote services, recruitment opportunities, and the organisation’s reputation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure marketing campaigns highlight the value, quality, and trustworthiness of FES services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise the creation and collation of design, copy, images, and promotional material.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement communications strategies aimed at:Enhancing the Foundation’s brand image and reputation. Informing the public about &lt;strong&gt;Klabb 3 to 16, Skolasajf, and Childcare Services&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicising application opening dates for services. Promoting job vacancies and recruitment campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as the focal point for gathering and disseminating information internally and externally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure proper authorisation before sharing sensitive information.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee GDPR-compliant consent collection for minors and adults before using media for promotion.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the creation and upkeep of marketing materials across print, online, video, and audio formats.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with media agencies and outlets for advertising campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Represent the organisation in TV/radio programmes as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enhance awareness of FES initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Research &amp;amp; Reporting&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the production, presentation, and distribution of reports, including the Annual Report.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and evaluate media coverage of the organisation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, including service promotion and recruitment campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce and manage performance reports on communications and marketing efforts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Public Relations&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the organisation’s website and social media platforms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create and distribute the monthly FES newsletter to stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce press releases, articles, and media content highlighting services, application opportunities, and recruitment drives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate interviews and prepare official responses to media queries.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Event Coordination&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise planning and logistics for events, conferences, and seminars.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate press conferences and related promotional activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with venues and manage invitations for events.&lt;/li&gt;
